You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date (based on tracking information).

📩 Return Request Process

  1. Contact us at titansmithparts@outlook.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. We will reply within 2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  3. Write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the item(s) to the return address above using a trackable shipping service.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
  • All accessories and documentation must be included.
  • Return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 5-7 business days), we will process your refund:

  • Product cost: fully refunded
  • Original shipping fee: refunded ONLY if the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item)
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2-15 business days after approval, which depends on your local bank or credit card company.

Return Shipping Cost

  • If you are returning for any reason other than our error (e.g., no longer needed, ordered by mistake), you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • If the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost (reimbursement up to actual cost with receipt).

Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized or made-to-order titanium products
  • Special order items
  • Products that have been installed, used, or modified
  • Clearance/final sale items

Order Cancellation

  • Regular orders: cancellable before shipment for a full refund.
  • Customized orders: you may cancel within 72 hours of payment for a full refund. After 72 hours, no refund or exchange is available unless the product arrives defective or not as ordered.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide photos/videos and your order number.
    We will offer a free replacement or a full refund (including original shipping cost).

Important Notes

  • Titanium performance parts, especially those used in racing or high-stress environments, may experience wear under extreme conditions. This is normal and not covered by warranty.
  • Professional installation is strongly recommended.
  • TitanSmith is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, improper use, or compatibility issues with modified vehicles.
