We offer worldwide shipping to most countries and regions. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact our customer service. - Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Available shipping methods and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times (after dispatch) are:
- DHL Express: 3–7 business days
- FedEx Priority: 4–8 business days
- Post Office (EMS / Airmail): 7–15 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, or local holidays.
- Order Processing Time
- Standard (non-custom) products: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom‑made or made‑to‑order products: 5–35 business days, depending on design complexity and production schedule.
Processing times may increase during peak seasons or due to quality inspection requirements. We will notify you if any significant delay occurs.
- Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
- Order weight and dimensions
- Destination country/region
- Selected shipping carrier
Free worldwide shipping may be offered for qualifying orders or promotions. Any free shipping conditions will be clearly stated on the website.
- Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
- Important: For most countries ( With the exception of a small number of countries with very strict customs regulations) , TitanSmith will pre-pay or collect customs duties, import taxes if you choose post office shipping method, but which depends on your local customs policy.
- The buyer (customer) is solely responsible for all customs clearance charges, including duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.
- We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate before placing an order.
- TitanSmith is not liable for any delays caused by customs inspection or for refusal to pay import fees.
- Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing:
- Carrier name
- Tracking number
- Link to track your shipment

- Shipping Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address causes:
- Delivery failure
- Return of package
- Additional shipping costs
TitanSmith reserves the right to charge an additional shipping fee to resend the order. We are not responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
- Lost packages: If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the item, please contact the carrier first. After that, contact us within 7 days. We will assist in filing a claim.
- Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the package and product and email us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
- Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or natural events. We will, however, provide tracking and communicate any known delay information we receive.
- Order Changes & Cancellations
- Standard orders: You may cancel before the order is shipped. After shipment, cancellation is not possible.
- Custom‑made orders: You may cancel within 72 hours of payment. After 72 hours or once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the product is defective or not as ordered (see our Return Policy for details).
