1. Pre-Installation Preparation

(1) Tools: T25 Torx wrench/socket, torque wrench, clean cloth, copper-based anti-seize paste (mandatory).
(2) Check Compatibility: Ensure the M5 titanium bolts (M5x10/M5x12) match your motorcycle/bicycle.
(3) Clean: Wipe brake rotor bolt holes and wheel hub to remove sand, oil or rust.

2. Formal Installation Steps

(1)  Remove old steel bolts one by one with a T25 Torx wrench (do not remove all at once to avoid rotor shifting).
(2) Apply a small amount of copper-based anti-seize paste to the threads of titanium bolts (avoid over-application to prevent contamination).
(3) Hand-thread the titanium bolts into the holes to ensure proper fit, then tighten with a torque wrench in a crisscross pattern.

3. Post-Installation Check

(1)  Rotate the brake disc to ensure smooth operation without jamming or rubbing.
(2) Recheck bolt tightness with a torque wrench.
