We offer GR5 titanium fasteners that are roughly 45% lighter than steel equivalents.
Extended and Conversion Options
Our catalog includes specific solutions for fitment and thread changes. All items are sold as sets of 20 pieces.
M12x1.25 / 1.5 Extended Titanium Studs
These studs increase the protrusion length to 56 mm. They are ideal when you need extra thread engagement for thicker wheels or spacers.
Thread Conversion Studs
A conversion stud changes the thread that sticks out to the wheel nut. The hub-side thread must match your hub, while the outer thread matches your nuts.
- M12x1.5 to M14x1.5 stud conversion: Changes the outer thread from M12 to M14. You must use M14x1.5 titanium lug nuts with these.
- M14x1.5 to M14x1.25 stud conversion: Changes the outer thread from M14x1.5 to M14x1.25.
- M14x1.5x75: Listed as a stud conversion screw adapter, length 75 mm.
- M12x1.5 to M12x1.5: Listed as a screw adapter with the same M12x1.5 thread on both ends.
Choosing the Right Stud
Check two things before buying. First, verify the thread pitch and diameter that matches your hub. Second, confirm the thread pitch of your lug hardware. If you install an M12x1.5 to M14x1.5 stud conversion, your existing M12 nuts will not fit. You will need M14x1.5 titanium lug nuts or titanium lug bolts. Measure your current stud length and the required protrusion for your wheel thickness.
Installation and Care
Torque wheel hardware to your vehicle maker's specified value. Follow the manufacturer's instructions regarding lubricating wheel threads, as friction changes affect final clamp load. Titanium does not rust and resists road salt and moisture, but you should still inspect threads periodically.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need new nuts after a conversion?
Yes. If you install an M12x1.5 to M14x1.5 stud conversion, the outer thread becomes M14. Your old M12 nuts will not engage. You need M14x1.5 titanium lug nuts to match the new thread.
Can I use these on any car?
Fitment depends on your hub thread and wheel thickness. Check that the hub-side thread matches your hub and the length provides enough engagement.
